Delivery Information

We pride ourselves on our speedy delivery, and dispatch most orders on the same day as we receive them. We keep stock of almost all of our lines to avoid delays; however please allow up to 10 days for delivery, either if we do not have stock of your item, or if it is made to order. Please feel free to call and check the progress of your order at any time. If there is a longer delay to delivery, then we will keep you well posted.

If you live in a country not listed above, your order will be processed via the following manual procedure:

A) Order - Once the online shopping cart is ready for check out, customers will have to copy and paste the cart contents into an email and send it to us using the contact page

B) Delivery Cost - The dispatch department will then provide you with a quote for delivery which will be added to the total amount.

C) Payment - Once agreed, payments can ONLY be accepted in the form of Bank Transfer or Bank Draft (established customers may then use credit cards).

Express Delivery

We also offer a Express Delivery service. This costs £7.50, and the order must be placed before 3pm on the previous day (nb not available for selection on Sat and Sun). This is only available within the UK, and you should receive your order by 1pm the following day.

Please note that a Express Delivery is not guaranteed to arrive on a Saturday, if the order is placed on a Friday. However, this is a very rare occurence. NB: This is subject to the items ordered being in stock at the time.

Discreet packaging

All goods are dispatched by post or courier service, in plain wrap to ensure your privacy. All parcels will require a signature on delivery.

Our packages are discreet with no identifying marks to show where the package has come from or whats inside. Courier deliveries have specialist delivery labels with no Honour identification or contents details. Mail deliveries are marked Private and Confidential followed by the name and address.
